Today, on my first day to write a blog, I'll try to share an anime that I just watched, yeah it's "Paradise Kiss" I start to watch it because I remember that I haven't watch this anime back when I still on the middle school. Well, I'll begin with some description:

The manga was written by Ai Yazawa. She is also the author of famous manga NANA. I love her drawing, it looks so real and detail. Paradise kiss comes with 5 volumes from 1999 to 2003. Anyway, I'll not write about the manga, because I haven't read it yet.
Paradise Kiss is a story about a group of a 3rd year fashion design student that makes a clothes label named 'Paradise Kiss'. The story begin, with a high school girl named Yukari Hayasaka suddenly invited by one of the Paradise Kiss member (Arashi Nagase) to become a model for their school project. Yukari Hayasaka is a dilligent, top-ranked student on her school. However, as she was on her 3rd year, she is start to wondering "what is the point of study hard?"" Is it just because mom always wanted me to become the number one?or what?""What I want to do in the future?" When Arashi Nagase invited her, initially Yukari Hayasaka wasn't interested. However as the story goes by, she try to come to the studio and meet the member (especially George), and then she finally change her mind. Overall, the story is about how Yukari changes from a diligent, top-ranked student to a model. She is also getting help from her boyfriend, a fashion designer in Paradise Kiss, George.
I love this anime because of the drawing, the story and the characters are just so good. In this story, I learned to be more open minded, you can change your aim about what will you do in the future, but not with a method of running away in the present. The story of love triangle of Yukari Hayasaka, George and Hiroyuki Tokumori (Yukari Hayasaka first crushed) is also exciting. Every character in this anime evolved into a better person, so it's just great. I was also surprised with the ending, it's not just as I thought.
I recommend this anime for those who love fashion design (because the clothes in this anime is very stylish ), for a 3rd year high school student and for those who is searching for a unique taste of anime.
